The ten-day toll sticker is a so-called short-term toll sticker and needs to be punched by the sales personnel at the sales outlet before attaching it to the windscreen of the vehicle (or – in the case of a motorcycle – to a part of the motorcycle that is difficult to remove, e.g. fork leg, metal support on front wheel). Any toll stickers that are not punched and/or not affixed are invalid!
The ten-day toll sticker entitles to use the motorways for ten successive calendar days, whereby the punched day counts as the first day of the ten-day validity period.
Example:
If the punched day is 10.01, the toll sticker is valid from 10.01 until 19.01.
The two-month toll sticker is – as the ten-day toll sticker – a so called short-term toll sticker that needs to be punched as well by the sales personnel at the sales outlet before attaching it the windscreen of the vehicle (or – in the case of a motorcycle – to a part of the motorcycle that is difficult to remove). Any toll stickers that are not punched and/or not affixed are invalid!
The two-month toll sticker entitles to use the motorways for two months, whereby the punched day counts as the first day of the validity period. It expires at the end of the day of the second month that corresponds to the date on which the toll sticker came into effect.
Example:
If the punched day is 10.01, the toll sticker is valid from 10.01 until 10.03.
The annual toll sticker is valid for the year indicated on the toll sticker. Furthermore, it may be used from 1 December of the year preceding and until 31 January of the year following the year indicated on the toll sticker. Any toll sticker that is not affixed is invalid!
Example:
The annual toll sticker 2010 is valid from 01.12.2009 until 31.01.2011
